Dr. Alexander Bendayan, DDS, CAGS, MBA, MSEd

Dr. Bendayan is Clinical Professor and Chair of the Department of Prosthodontics at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine located in sunny south Florida. Before moving to Florida he practiced in the Boston area and was very active in the educational community. The last role at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine was Associate Dean for Digital Development Technology and Innovation. During his many years here, he was able to transform patient care and education of predoctoral students and postgraduate residents with full utilization of technology, robotics, 3D printing, Ai. He Obtained a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Prosthodontics at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2005, a Executive Masters and Business Administration in 2021 and a Master of Science in Education with concentration in curriculum and technology in 2024. In the past few years at NSU CDM he has been able to transform the practice and teaching with state-of-the-art technology including haptics, robotics, 3D printing, Ai and research in material science. Dr. Bendayan is an active member of the American College of Prosthodontists (ACP), Past President of the American College of Prosthodontists Massachusetts Section, American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics (new name American Academy of Prosthetic Dentistry in 2027), International College of Dentists (ICD), American Dental Education Association (Leadership Institute Fellow 2016) and is a board member of the Florida Prosthodontic Association (FPA), Hispanic Dental Association Ambassador Program and past president of the South Florida Chapter.

 

Dr. Nurit Bittner Fogel, DDS,
MS, FACP

Dr. Nurit Bittner is a Clinical Professor, Interim Program Director and Clinical Director of the Postgraduate Prosthodontics Program at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. She received her dental degree from the Central University of Venezuela, graduating magna cum laude as valedictorian, and completed advanced prosthodontic training at Columbia University, where she also earned her DDS degree. A board-certified prosthodontist and Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics, Dr. Bittner served as Program Director of Postgraduate Prosthodontics at Columbia University for nine years and interim chair of the Department of Prosthodontics for two years. She is a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists and the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontists and lectures nationally and internationally on implant and esthetic prosthodontics.
