2026 Conference Registration
Registration for the 2026 Conference will close September 1st, 2026.
Registration to the Veterinary Dental Forum Include:
Wednesday Welcome Reception (drinks only).
AM and PM Breaks Thursday - Saturday (refreshments and light snacks).
Grab & Go Box Lunches on Thursday and Friday.
Early bird registration rates end on June 16th, regular rate effective on June 17th. Online registration will close September 1st, 11:59pm ET. Onsite registration will be available; rates increase by 20%.

*Veterinary DVM Students: Current DVM student enrollment must be submitted to verify your eligibility. This must be emailed or faxed to the VDF office within two weeks of registration. This registration category does not qualify for CE credits.
Cancellation Policy
Written requests for cancellation received by August 31, 2026, will receive a refund minus a 25% administration fee. No refunds will be given beginning September 1, 2026, without a documented medical/emergency. Approved medical emergency cancellations will be charged a 10% administrative fee to cover the fees charged by the credit card processing company. These cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be sent to contact@VeterinaryDentalForum.com prior to the start of the conference on October 7th.
Continuing Education Credits:
The 2026 Veterinary Dental Forum will offer up to 24 CE credits.
