Career Fair
Friday, September 26th from 12:30pm - 2:30pm
Nelson Wolff Exhibition Hall C (back half of Room).
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!! We are excited to once again offer a Career Fair to those organizations seeking to fill positions available in their company and potential job seekers looking to gain employment or research available employment positions. Each registered company will receive a designated high cocktail table and a 6ft skirted table with floating balloons representing which position they are hiring for (you can have multiple) and a company sign. There will be refreshments available in the room and companies will be allowed to bring promotional items that will fit on their tables. A banner at the entrance will list the participating companies and the positions they are seeking.
*Companies must only bring items that will fit on the tables, the floor area around the tables must be clear.
Our goal is to offer an opportunity for potential candidates seeking employment, to gain knowledge of those companies looking to fill current positions. This event will allow for social connections in a relaxed atmosphere.
Only registered companies will be allowed and representatives at the tables must be registered for the conference.
*Any interested attendee is welcome to this event.
10:00am - 12:00pm - Registered companies set up their table area.
12:30pm - 2:30pm - Career Fair open, tables must be staffed.
Tables are limited to one table per company and no more than three representatives per table.
Companies will receive:
One high cocktail round draped with a black tablecloth.
One 6ft skirted table next to the high cocktail round.
Name on banner outside of room with position(s) seeking.
ID name card on the table identifying the company name.
Color Balloon(s) representing position promoting:
a. ‘Black’ for Resident/Residency
b. ‘Yellow’ for Diplomate
c. ‘Red’ for Technician
d. ‘White’ for General Practitioner
A PowerPoint slide to run continuously on a monitor by the Vendor Hall on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. *You must send your ppt to rshippy@hadickmanagement.com by no later than September 12th, 2025, to be included.
