2025 Call for Speakers is closed

Thank you for your interest to submit for the 2025 program, the call for papers closed on March 31st.

Conference Registration & Notification

The presenting author will be notified of updates or acceptance via email by May 6th. A list of accepted presentation topics, authors, and the program schedule will be listed on this website no later than May 1st.

Important Dates

  • Call for Papers closes March 31, 2025.

  • Speakers will be notified of their acceptance by May 6, 2025.

  • Signed speaker agreements are due by May 16, 2025.

  • All final Manuscripts are due by June 13, 2025.

Honorarium

The 2025 honorarium is as follows:

$200/per lecture hour (50+ minutes)
$100/per lab hour for presenters
$50/per lab hour for assistants (limited number based on lab attendance)

Audio/Visual Information

Each Room will be set with a standard AV package. Speakers MUST provide their own laptop.
