Conference Registration

Conference pre-registration will open May 2018

General Conference Registration includes: Proceedings USB Drive, Program Guide, CE certificate (24 hours - Veterinary Student registration category does not qualify for CE), participation in the Welcome Reception, access to all General Sessions and topic-specific sessions, access to the Exhibit Hall, breaks and lunches.


Cancellation Policy

A refund minus a 25% administrative fee, not to exceed $75.00 US, will be given if the registration is canceled by written notice and received by the management no later than October 14th, 2018.  No refunds will be given beginning October 15th, 2018 without a documented medical/emergency. Approved medical/emergency cancellations will be charged a 10% administrative fee to cover the fees charged by the credit card processing company. These cancellations are reviewed on a case by case basis and must be sent in writing to contact@VeterinaryDentalForum.com.

No refunds for laboratories will be given on site.


Important Information for Attendees

Important information for those who hold a license to practice in the state of New York:

A new law implemented by the state of New York prevents VDF continuing education hours from being accepted by its licensing board.

Continuing Education Credits:

The total number of CE units that can be earned at the 2018 VDF is TBD.
Veterinary Medical Students registration category is not eligible for CE.
