conference Registration


Conference registration is now open through August 15th.  Please read through the form carefully, as there are some new items this year. We are very pleased with the 2017 program and look forward to welcoming you to the 31st Annual Veterinary Dental Forum.

General Conference Registration includes: Proceedings USB Drive, Program Guide, CE certificate (up to 24 hours), participation in the Welcome Reception, access to all General Sessions and topic-specific sessions, access to the Exhibit Hall, breaks and lunches.

Thursday – Welcome Reception & Exhibit Show Launch: Join us from 6 – 8pm on Thursday to launch the opening of the Veterinary Dental Forum's 31st annual conference.  Mingle with over 800-900 of your colleagues, 70-80 exhibitor companies, and enjoy some complimentary food and drinks. All registered attendees and guests may attend at no extra fee, additional tickets may be purchased through the registration form or via email to the VDF office if you have already registered. You must sign in first to receive your name badge, this is your pass to access the hall…so please allow time to register before meeting people at this event. Registration will be open at 11am.

Friday – Country Music Hall of Fame Museum Tour and Dinner: We cordially invite you to enjoy our off-site event this year. We have rented the event hall at the CMHOF for a sit down dinner. There will be a social reception, a museum tour, a four-course dinner, live entertainment, awards ceremony and a souvenir. There might even be some dancing!

This event will be from 6:30pm - 10:30pm on Friday, September 15, 2017.

Important Information for Attendees

Important information for those who hold a license to practice in the state of New York:

A new law implemented by the state of New York prevents VDF continuing education hours from being accepted by its licensing board.

Continuing Education Credits:

The total number of CE units that can be earned at the 2017 VDF is 24.
