*Veterinary Medical Students: A letter must be submitted from a mentor or direct program supervisor verifying your eligibility. This must be emailed or faxed to the VDF office within two weeks of registration. This registration category does not qualify for CE credits.
**Spouse/Guests: CE credit and proceedings are not provided to this category of registrant. Registered guests may attend sessions, Welcome Reception, breaks and exhibit hall.
WET-LABS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN GENERAL REGISTRATION RATES AND ARE ADDITIONAL FEES.
A refund minus a 25% administrative fee, not to exceed $75.00 US, will be given if the registration is canceled by written notice and received by the management no later than August 14th, 2019. No refunds will be given beginning August 15th, 2019 without a documented medical/emergency. Approved medical/emergency cancellations will be charged a 10% administrative fee to cover the fees charged by the credit card processing company. These cancellations are reviewed on a case by case basis and must be sent in writing to contact@VeterinaryDentalForum.com.
No refunds for laboratories will be given on site.

A new law implemented by the state of New York prevents VDF continuing education hours from being accepted by its licensing board.
Continuing Education Credits:
The total number of CE units that can be earned at the 2019VDF is TBD.
Veterinary Medical Students registration category is not eligible for CE.
