A refund minus a 25% administrative fee, not to exceed $75.00 US, will be given if the registration is canceled by written notice and received by the management no later than four weeks prior to the beginning of the meeting. Spouse and guest cancellations will be assessed a fee of $10.00 US. No refunds will be given beginning four weeks prior to the meeting without a documented emergency. Approved medical/emergency cancellations will be charged a 10% administrative fee to cover the fees charged by the credit card processing company.
No refunds for laboratories will be given on site.
